We will mediate the renovations process between the client and contractor by:

• Contractor Vetting: We will vet the contractor before they proceed with the job.
  
• Written Contract: Ensuring there is a written agreement between both parties.
• Project Staging: The project is done in stages to give the client the opportunity to decide if they`re happy with the workmanship and/or if they should continue.
  
• Client buys the materials needed: This strategy is to ensure that, if for some reason the contractor doesn`t return, the project can still continue because the client has possession of the materials.
  
• Site Visits: We will do frequent site visits to check the job quality and report to the client.
  
• Mutual Bank Account: The client will pay funds to a intermediary account for bigger projects. The contractor will be paid for every completed stage.
