Pre-Assessments

Our services include a pre-assessment of the property you are interested in buying which is:

• Inner Ceiling: Going into the ceiling to check the condition of the geysers, pipes, roof beams, roof plastic (holes etc).
• Outter Roof: Checking roof paint, membrane, cracks on roof tiles, holes etc.
• Dampness: Checking for rising damp and Descending Dampness of the entire property.
• Wall Cracks: We will check for small cracks and structural cracks which could be foundation related etc.
• Boundary Wall: Check the condition and stability.
• Building Plan Approvals: Most people don`t even know that they are supposed to check for building plan approvals for any additions that were done to a property, then when there is an issue, they get into trouble with the council.

Prices average from R250 per hour for consultation.
